本公司是隶属于大连机床集团的经营性网点公司，主要经营全国各名优厂家生产的机床及其零配件，其中，尤以大连机床集团生产的普通车床(CD40A、CW6163C、CDL6136)系列、带锯床（GZ4040）系列床（CP7620、CD7632A）系列、铲齿车床（CW8925）系列、数控机床（CKA6136、CKA、车削中心及细）、随机附件（中心架、跟刀架、卡盘、卡盘连接盘）为主。此外，本公司还承揽组合机床及其自动线，通用部件和专机的经营，以及各类机床的大、中修、改装（如多刀车床的PC机改造）以及各类加工业务的技术咨询等业务。
