平果华商清洁能源有限公司是经平果县人民政府招商引资，由广西“华商能源”投资设立，于2008年10月21日注册成立，专业经营管道天然气、分销其他清洁能源、提供节能减排系统集成的专业性公司。2008年12月30日，平果县市政管理局受平果县人民政府委托与华商能源签署《平果工业区管道燃气特许经营协议》并颁发《特许经营授权书》，授予平果县工业区管道燃气特许经营权30年。项目总投资8000万元人民币，设计年供应管道天然气1亿立方米，2009年4月14日开工到9月20建成试运行，建设期155天，目前已经对平果县工业区部分企业和居民供应管道天然气。
