山西介休鑫峪沟煤业集团建始于2009年12月24日，位于山西介休市张兰镇。由山西路鑫能源集团、中国铝业公司、山西铝厂合资为股份制企业，成立了董事会、监事会。总资产近28亿元。下属共分五个子公司，分别为：德隆煤业有限公司、左则沟煤业有限公司、东沟煤业有限公司、南窑头煤业有限公司、鑫峪沟煤业有限公司，设计年产量为390万吨，拥有员工1600人。其中技术团队高工10人，工程师53人，助理工程师12人。井田面积30.73km2（调整前为：34.4671 km2），可采煤层2-11号,地质储量约2.6亿吨。
