滁州皖能环保电力有限公司成立于2011年10月，是安徽皖能环保有限公司在滁州投资建设运营管理滁州市生活垃圾焚烧处理、余热发电的项目公司。滁州市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目一期建设规模为日处理垃圾量700吨，配置2台350吨/天的炉排式垃圾焚烧锅炉和1台12MW汽轮发电机组,二期项目建设规模为日处理垃圾量600吨，配置一天600吨/天的炉排式垃圾焚烧锅炉和1台12MW汽轮发电机组，该项目为生活垃圾无害化处理项目，属于可再生能源项目和循环经济利用项目，项目的建成对提高滁州市生活垃圾无害化、减量化、资源化处理具有重要意义。
