丰翼天和有限公司于2008年5月经山西省发改委企业项目投资备案规模为年产商品肉猪63000头，纯种公猪100头，商品仔猪1200头，项目总投资为15053.8万元。总部设在平遥县东泉镇东泉村，注册资金100万元。该项目分两期实施，*期在东泉镇东泉村，新建年出栏30000头商品猪场一座，于2011年底投产；第二期拟在东泉村以南五公里处，新建3000头种猪场一座，年出栏60000头商品猪场一座，年屠宰30万头生产线一条及相关附属设施。形成生猪养殖、屠宰、肉食品深加工一条龙的现代化企业。
