Shenzhen Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd. registered in the Shenzhen High-tech Zone. The company currently has more than 30 employees and is mainly engaged in the research and development, sales, and service of numerical control system products. In June 2007, the land contract for the industry-academia-research base of Huazhong University of Science and Technology was officially approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Government (covering an area of more than 8,100 square meters and a building area of 20,000 square meters). As a major shareholder and one of the main investors of the base, Shenzhen Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd. will obtain more than 5,000 square meters of land for research and development, production, and training within the next two years, laying a solid foundation for the company's next development in Shenzhen.
