黑龙江伊利乳业有限责任公司是由内蒙古伊利实业集团股份有限责任公司投资兴建，位于黑龙江省大庆市杜尔伯特蒙古族自治县德力戈尔工业园区。项目总投资8亿元人民币，总占地面积23万平方米。 项目于2010年7月开工建设，设计生产能力为年产高端婴幼儿配方奶粉4.5万吨，日处理鲜奶能力1600吨，是目前全球*大的单体配方奶粉生产线。黑龙江伊利乳业有限责任公司是集产品生产与参观旅游于一体的现代奶粉样板工厂。
