Guangzhou Dingshang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dingshang Company") is a subsidiary of Heqi Group, approved for establishment by the Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce in August 1999. Since 2012, leasing its own fixed properties has been the company's main business.
The company has self-built a super high-rise Class-A office building - Heqi Tower, in the Pazhou area of Guangzhou Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Pilot Zone, serving as the new headquarters of Heqi Group. The total construction area is about 168,000 square meters, with an above-ground building height of about 192 meters (41 floors above ground and 3 floors underground). Apart from part used for Heqi Group's headquarters office, about 70,000 square meters of the building are leased out. It was delivered and put into use from January 2021.
