Wuhan Ganglian Electrical Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Miaoshan Xincun, Jiangxia, Wuhan, by the shore of Tangxun Lake. It is a manufacturer specializing in the production of structures such as high and low voltage control cabinets, enclosures, and operation consoles (formerly the Structure Division of Wuhan Gangdi Electric Co., Ltd., now relocated to Yuanyuan Machinery, No. 1 Te, Miaoshan Community, serving as the cabinet production base of Wuhan Gangdi Electric Co., Ltd.). 1. Working hours: Long day shift (8:00 AM-12:00 PM, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM), one-hour lunch break, 8-hour work system. During the trial period, depending on the urgency of delivery, occasional overtime after work (overtime hours 5:20 PM-8:00 PM).
2. Salary and benefits: During the trial period, salary is paid according to the company's relevant compensation standards. After independently taking up the post, pay is equal to that of existing employees in the same position. Based on individual work ability and company production efficiency, more work brings more pay.
3. Production position salary: Trial period (1-3 months), the time for becoming a regular employee is determined by individual ability. Trial period salary is 1500-2000 RMB/month. After becoming a regular employee, monthly salary: base salary (1800-2800 RMB) + piece-rate wages + performance + subsidies = 3000-5500 RMB.
4. Key position salary: After promotion to key positions, salary is 3000-6000 RMB/month.
5. Insurance and benefits: Unified purchase of five insurances. Those promoted to management positions enjoy 2 extra days off per month.
6. Meal expenses: Work meals are free, including one meat dish, one vegetable dish, one soup, and one pickled side dish.
