濮阳市第五人民医院于2003年6月经市委、市政府批准建设的一所集医疗、科研、教学和预防于一体的市级医疗机构。位于黄河西路濮信高速公路西侧。医院总面积69000平方米，建筑面积12800平方米，总投资3000多万元。医院编制床位150张。设急诊科、内科、外科、结核科、肝病科、皮肤性病科、肿瘤科、血管瘤科、放射科、检验科等13个临床、医技科室。利用政府日元贷款1000余万元购置了大型彩色超声诊断系统、血球计数仪、进口数字胃肠Ｘ光机、电子内镜、血气分析仪、ＰＣＲ、中央临护仪等30余件先进医疗设备。
