Hengji

Shanghai Hengji Construction Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd., a limited liability company, was established on July 24, 1995. It is an independent accounting, self-operating economic entity with legal personality. The company is mainly engaged in construction project supervision, construction agency, and engineering technology consulting services. In October 2009, upon review by the Ministry of Construction, the company was approved as a Grade A supervision unit (covering civil engineering, equipment, installation, civil air defense, cultural relics protection, etc.). Since its establishment, the company has successively undertaken projects including the Xijiao Jiuyuncheng Commercial Housing Project, Huajing Town Community Center Project, Pudong New Area Chuansha Stadium Land Acquisition and Relocation, and Xiaoshanghai New Town (Zhoupu Town Blocks 1-3), totaling over a thousand projects (including 90 key projects). As of 2012, 38 of the projects supervised by our company have won the Oriental Cup, Magnolia Cup, and Luban Prize. Adhering to the principle of being responsible to property owners, the company strictly abides by the supervision guideline of "law-abiding, honest, fair, and scientific," and wholeheartedly provides clients with full-process supervision services during the construction phase.
