Kunlun Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kunlun Insurance Brokerage") was established in November 2003. It is a holding unit of the financial sector of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), a subsidiary of CNPC Capital Co., Ltd. (stock code: 000617), and a registered broker at Lloyd's. It currently has 12 branch companies, 9 offices, and 1 wholly-owned subsidiary, with a registered capital of 142,857,143 yuan. Its business covers several major segments including management risk consulting, loss risk consulting, insurance brokerage, and insurance surveying, providing services to clients and projects in mainland China and various countries and regions such as Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East, and South America. The clients and projects served span multiple industries including petroleum, petrochemical, energy, construction engineering, transportation, equipment manufacturing, import and export trade, information technology, and finance. It has rich experience in energy insurance, liability insurance, engineering insurance, special risk insurance, reinsurance, as well as life insurance and employee benefits, and has accumulated nearly a decade of experience in centralized insurance management for super-large enterprises. It has provided risk consulting and insurance brokerage services for nearly 40 large construction projects (with investments exceeding 10 billion yuan). Over the years, Kunlun Insurance Brokerage has established good cooperative relationships with multiple domestic and foreign insurance and reinsurance institutions, maintaining smooth reinsurance channels. Meanwhile, it has built a dedicated team of risk engineers with extensive practical experience in fields such as petroleum, petrochemical, and infrastructure construction. It has independently developed a Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), providing high-quality and efficient services to clients supported by information and data.
