3. 熟练掌握嵌入式软件开发要求，能独立完成音频DSP驱动开发；
4. 熟悉ADI/AKM音频DSP编程优先；
5. 熟悉汽车音频类产品的性能指标要求；
6. 有较强的工作责任心和团队合作意识；
7. 专业知识精通模拟电路和数字电路知识，熟悉车载电子系统的架构和工作原理。
8、掌握音频信号的基本特性（如频率、幅度、相位等）和音频参数（如音量、音色、音质等）的测量方法。
9、熟悉车载功放系统各个功能模块的功能、性能要求优先。
10、有车载产品开发经验优先.
