岗位职责：
一、业务赋能
1、深入了解业务状态和团队运作状况，理解业务部门战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施；
2、参与业务部门年度规划、组织架构调整等关键会议，诊断组织能力短板，制定人才梯队搭建、组织效能提升等解决方案并推动落地。
二、人才管理工作
1、主导业务部门的人才梯队建设，识别高潜人才，通过招聘、培训、绩效的闭环管理沉淀人才，参与人才盘点与晋升选拔，为人才决策提供建议，支撑业务发展。
2、推动绩效体系优化与运营，监控绩效管理全过程，确保绩效政策与业务目标对齐。
三、数据化运营
1、以提升组织效率为目标，通过数据化运营诊断现有业务流程问题，优化会议效率、项目管理流程等，推动流程落地与迭代。
2、建立 HR 数据跟踪体系，定期分析HR核心指标，形成数据报告支撑决策。
四、文化建设与团队赋能
1、推动公司核心文化在业务部门的渗透，打造积极向上、结果导向的工作氛围。
2、为业务管理者提供HR专业赋能，提升管理能力，助力团队目标达成。
任职要求：
一、学历与经验要求
1、统招本科及以上学历，经济学、金融学和管理学等相关专业优先。
2、3 年及以上 HRBP 工作经验，互联网大厂背景、管培生出身者优先。
二、专业能力要求
1、精通人力资源2-3个模块操作，有扎实的实操经验。
2、具备数据敏感度，通过数据识别并解决 HR 与业务协同中的问题。
三、核心素质要求
1、自驱力强、抗压能力强、学习力强，结果导向，业务敏感度高，能快速理解新业务、新流程，懂业务逻辑、懂员工需求，平衡组织发展与员工利益。
2、沟通协调能力强，能高效对接业务部门与 HR 其他模块，推动跨部门协作；对工作结果负责，有强烈的责任心与进取心。
