3.掌握关系型数据库如Mysql的核心原理和分库分表设计，掌握非关系型数据库如Hbase/Mongodb的常见用法，熟练相关的存储和查询优化方案；
4.掌握缓存Redis、Memcache/Couchbase，缓存设计和模式及其应用；
5.掌握RocketMQ、Kafka、RabbitMQ等常用消息中间件；
6.有责任心，擅长沟通，思路清晰，逻辑缜密，勤奋好学，对技术有执着和追求；
7.熟悉微服务、分布式系统原理，能根据复杂的需求场景进行分布式架构的设计，有大型互联网平台架构设计者优先。
