Wuhan Yiheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 with a registered capital of RMB 1,000 million. The company is located at the east of Yangguang Avenue, Miaoshan Economic Development Zone, Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, and the legal representative is Chairman Wu Xiaolin.
The company covers a total area of nearly 340,000 square meters (513 mu), of which the indoor workshop operation area is more than 100,000 square meters. In 2002, the company obtained the Class A boiler parts manufacturing license of the People's Republic of China, the A1/A2 pressure vessel manufacturing license, the Grade II qualification for professional contracting of building steel structures, the hot-dip galvanizing production license, and the qualification certificate of China Classification Society. In October 2011, it obtained the American ASME certification, an authoritative certification in the boiler industry. It has passed the ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification. In 2010, it was rated as one of the top 100 taxpayers in Hubei Province.
Since 2018, the company has entered a fast track of transformation, gradually transforming from a heavy industry production-oriented enterprise mainly producing boilers and steel structure parts to an industrial park management service-oriented enterprise mainly engaged in factory leasing, industrial park construction, and property management services. At present, Yiheng Industrial Park has introduced nearly 30 enterprises, among which Hubei Shunfeng Transportation Co., Ltd. has settled in Phase II, and the fire protection rating of the Phase II factory buildings is Class C II.
The total factory area in the park is about 81,641 ㎡, and 81,641 ㎡ has been rented out. All factory buildings can be used normally. 380KV power has been introduced, equipped with 2 sets of 1600A transformers, and the monthly maximum load exceeds 3 million KW. The height of the factory buildings is 13.8-22.75m. The factory buildings are heavy steel structure factory buildings. From the beginning of construction, they have provided relevant supporting production bases for the fabrication and installation of large bridge, power station, and wind turbine steel structure projects. The transportation is convenient and the geographical location advantage is obvious. At present, the industrial park is located in Miaoshan Development Zone, Jiangxia District, a 5-minute drive from the Fourth Ring Road, and the Wuhan-Xianning intercity railway can be taken right outside the gate. In the 2020 district-wide industrial park evaluation, Yiheng Industrial Park won the honor of an excellent demonstration industrial park for safety production in the district.
The company's planned development direction in the next 3 to 5 years is to build a logistics industrial park as the main focus.
