因扩大生产规模需要，现增招皮表带新、老工人20名
本厂地处繁华市区，环境优良，配套整洁食堂和宿舍。新员工进厂时，头五天培训发计时工资（工作8小时64元，加班另计）；如果试用期五天后，厂部确认你对表带生产属熟练工的资格时，可立即调整为与厂内原老员工的工资标准，具体按个人能力面议。每月计件工人月工资约2500--3500元。月全勤奖金100元，与工资一起在次月20号发放，春节回家前结清工资。每年5月1日发放上年度个人总工资额的百分之五作为劳动奖。
