2015年，锦泓时装集团股份有限公司全资收购南京云锦研究所股份有限公司。
2017年，以南京云锦为基础，推出“元先”品牌。主要有珍贵文物复制、高端艺术品、场合服饰定制、文创礼品等产品线，目标客群定位为国内外高净值人群消费者。
