主要职责
1）配合销售人员推广音频ADC、DAC、CODEC芯片, 为客户提供器件选型、功能演示和硬件电路设计及软件调试方面的技术支持
2）与客户交流，了解客户需求，根据客户的需求推荐合适的产品
2）跟踪客户状态，并及时反馈给公司相关部门
3）协助准备产品推广所需材料, 对销售人员和分销商现场应用工程师进行培训
4）收集市场或客户的新需求，并将新的产品信息反馈给研发人员
5）收集、掌握主流竞争对手产品相关性能、优劣势等，并形成分析报告

岗位要求
1）电子工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历，有意愿从事技术支持方面的工作
2）具有两年以上研发工作经验或四年以上FAE工作经验者优先
3）具备较好的C语言、模拟电路、数字电路、电路分析等基础
4）熟悉基本的电路、元件以及常用的I2C、SPI通信接口，有较强的焊接等实际动手能力
5）熟悉ARM或8bit MCU的软硬件设计,有实际的项目经验者优先，编写过Linux ALSA声卡驱动者优先
6）能够熟练运用ORCAD或POWERPCB等工具软件进行原理图及PCB设计，至少熟悉其中一种工具软件
7）熟悉音频ADC、DAC、CODEC，有音频ADC、DAC、CODEC应用经验者优先
8）较强的沟通表达能力及方案呈现能力、喜欢与客户沟通。有较好的客户服务意识
9）较好的文档撰写能力和英语读写能力
10）善于学习，善于分析问题，有团队合作精神，愿与公司长期发展
