3）负责芯片封测中异常问题的解决，提出整改措施，跟踪实施情况

4）定期就质量问题进行通报、分析，提出纠正整改和预防措施并组织实施

5）参与制定公司质量目标和品管流程，制定整改措施，跟踪与监督执行

6）负责质量管理体系认证相关外联事宜

岗位要求

1）熟悉ISO管理体系（ISO9000、ISO14001、IATF16949）；

2）熟悉IC封测工艺流程，能独立定位和处理IC封测相关的质量问题

3）熟悉品管工具，如PPAP、PFMEA

4）有较强的项目管控能力，有较强的分析解决问题能力

5）工作严谨细心，责任心、沟通能力强

6）本科以上学历，IC行业相关工作经验5年以上，其中品管工作3年以上
