任职资格：
1. 全日制211本科及以上学历，计算机相关学历优先；
2. 熟悉Java开发，5年以上Java应用开发经验，有互联网开发经验优先；
3. 熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis编程，对常用的java开发框架有较好的了解和掌握；
4. 熟悉RPC框架Dubbo并有一定开发经验；
5. 熟悉MySQL 、Oracle等主流数据库；具有MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库开发经验为佳，熟悉各种缓存技术;
6. 熟悉linux服务器环境部署，熟悉常用linux操作；
7. 了解Scrum软件开发过程以及相关管理和跟踪工具（Git、JIRA、Gerrit）；
8. 具备较强的学习与总结能力，具有很强的团队合作精神，有良好的组织、协作和沟通能力。
