Jiangsu Baicheng Dada Logistics Co., Ltd., abbreviated as Dada Logistics, is a logistics company specializing in intercity less-than-truckload (LTL) freight services in the Yangtze River Delta, characterized by professionalism, standardization, and networking. With a registered capital of RMB 128 million, the company was officially established in May 2012.

In November 2012, 40 branches of Dada Logistics in the Yangtze River Delta region began unified operations. All operating vehicles of the company are self-purchased, self-owned, and self-controlled. In the same year, Dada College, the company's talent training base, was successfully established. As of the end of April 2014, the company had more than 2,800 employees, with over 60% holding a college degree or above.

The company made an initial investment of RMB 300 million to build a rapid delivery service network for LTL freight covering the Yangtze River Delta region, aiming to provide high-quality one-stop services such as "next-day delivery" and "door-to-door" service. To date, direct branches have spread across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, and other provinces, with large-scale modern distribution and transshipment centers in important cities such as Suzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hefei, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Huai'an, and Nantong.
