Zhonghong Construction Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Hubei Zhonghong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., was established in 2005. It is a general contracting construction enterprise for housing construction established after bold restructuring attempts by the Second Company of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau under the guidance of China Construction Group's reform policy of "responding to the market, taking overall command of the situation, and striving for breakthroughs." In January 2012, the company was renamed Zhonghong Construction Group Co., Ltd.
Zhonghong Construction Group Co., Ltd. currently holds Grade I qualification for general contracting of building engineering construction, and has the capability to undertake industrial and civil building projects under 200 meters in height and structure projects up to 240 meters in height. The company's management and technical team largely comes from the Second Company of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, and over years of market operations has also attracted a large number of highly qualified and capable industry elites.
