赤壁市城乡规划设计院于1993年由市编委批准成立，为全民所有制事业单位，具有国家乙级城市规划设计资质，现我院主要承担赤壁市市域范围内的乡镇规划、各类详细规划和各类专项规划等规划设计任务。多年来，我院在局党总支的正确领导下，紧紧围绕服务全市重点工作建设开展规划设计服务，顺利完成了各项工作目标，较好的发挥了规划指导城市建设的龙头作用。同时为统筹城乡发展，根据各乡镇建设发展的需要，为各项乡镇建设和新农村建设提供规划服务。
