韩国艾格金妍化妆品有限公司成立于1999年，在韩国是专业从事美容、美体、大型连锁的株式会社。并于2001年成立护肤产品研发机构，致力于植物产品的提取和技术的推广，随着市场的发展，2008年在中国广州注资成立美容、美体仪器公司，2010年3月与广州碧思特生物科技有限公司合作成立广州古得化妆品有限公司，同期注册中文名艾格金妍品牌，并于2011年6月成立艾格金妍（中国）化妆品运营中心，总部设在山东潍坊。
