大力神铝业股份有限公司成立于2010年，隶属于大力神科技集团。公司位于“国家火炬计划新材料产业基地”——江苏省丹阳市航空航天材料产业园，注册资本金5亿元，占地面积逾40万㎡。
公司是国内专业从事航空航天、轨道交通、汽车及船舶制造等宽幅大规格铝合金中厚板及热传输用铝基复合材料的生产和研发的高科技企业；是我国长三角地区*拥有宽幅“1+1”热连轧生产线的民营铝加工企业。

2010年集团耗资5000万美元整体收购了原加拿大Aleris铝厂的全部设备, 将其全部生产、研发设备拆运回国。在此基础上公司对铝合金项目进行了重新规划和设计，将加拿大收购的设备进行了全面的升级和改造。
公司规划年产能25万吨、总投资25亿元、2015年试生产。
公司具有较强的技术研发能力。已与中南大学、南京航空航天大学签署了战略合作协议；与英国Innoval、加拿大Hatch建立长期技术合作模式。
大力神铝业可以生产厚度为0.005～250mm、宽度为15～3100mm、热处理状态为O/H/T的1～8系铝合金热轧中厚板、预拉伸板、高精度冷轧板带材、铝基复合板带箔材、高性能合金箔材及高精度热轧卷坯料等产品，上述产品广泛应用于航空航天、、轨道交通、汽车、舰船、热传输、大型压力容器、模具、电子电器等领域。
