岗位职责：
1、跟踪私募股权投资行业新规、监管动态及行业风险事件，协助完善公司风险控制、合规管理各类制度及工作规程，确保制度的合规性及有效性；
2、参与产品、项目的投前审查工作，包括投资项目的行业研究、尽职调查、可行报告审核等工作，甄别各类投资风险，出具风险评估报告；
3、审核公司及产品、项目相关文件，包括各类合同、协议、信息披露材料及其他重要法律文件；
4、关注公司及业务运营中可能出现的法律、合规风险，提出防范建议和处置意见；跟进项目投后情况，及时识别重大风险并提出处理建议。
5、协助及时、高效落实监管部门、上级单位、公司各部门的各项工作要求；
6、公司其他风控、合规事务。
任职要求：
1、具备3年以上私募股权投资行业风险/合规工作经验；
2、法学、经济学等相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有CFA/CPA/ACCA等证书，同时拥有国家司法考试职业资格证书者优先；
3、熟悉金融行业特别是基金相关法律法规、监管要求，具备法务、财务及税务综合能力，逻辑性强，具有独立分析和解决问题的能力；
5、具备良好的职业操守、较强的文字表达功底及学习能力、沟通协调能力和团队合作意识。
