China Lianbao Joint-stock Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shenzhen (Shenzhen Zhongqi Gonglianbao Home Appliance Service Co., Ltd.), was established in 2012. It is the first professional platform for Internet home appliance after-sales market services, positioned as a platform for the Chinese family service market. It applies independently developed SaaS intelligent systems to provide users with nearby home services. The company has successively received investment from Saima Capital, Vatti Corporation, and others, rapidly forming scale nationwide. Currently, the platform has more than 18,000 outlets nationwide, over 3,000 after-sales management centers, and more than 110,000 registered engineers in the system. It serves more than 27,000 manufacturers such as Vatti, JD.com, Samsung Electronics, and A.O. Smith, covering all categories of home appliance installation and repair. It has full coverage in areas at or above the county level, with coverage in townships, towns, and villages reaching 95%, and has become the largest service platform for third-party home appliance after-sales institutions nationwide. China Lianbao is the chairman unit of the Joint Guarantee Professional Committee of the China Household Electrical Appliances Commercial Association. It took the lead in establishing service standards for third-party home appliance after-sales platforms, creating zero-distance service with the standard of complete consumer satisfaction. At the same time, the company continuously innovates. In 2018, it launched a brand-new service model, deeply linking merchants, service providers, engineers, and consumers, making after-sales more secure for merchants and increasing income for service providers and engineers.
