任职要求：
1、精通JAVA语言，具备3年以上JAVA开发经验；熟悉微服务架构设计思想及相关技术栈（如Spring Cloud、Docker等），有微服务项目设计开发实战经验；掌握数据库设计与优化技能，熟悉MySQL、达梦等数据库。
2、具备较强的方案编写能力，能够独立完成技术方案的撰写与优化；拥有良好的沟通表达与客户对接能力，可清晰传递技术理念并理解客户需求。
3、优先具备工业制造领域相关系统建设经验，熟悉工业数据采集（如OPC UA、Modbus等协议）；有产线管控系统、MES系统或智能工厂相关项目开发经验者优先。
4、具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，工作严谨细致，有良好的团队协作精神；能承受一定的项目压力，确保任务按时高质量交付。
5、能适应出差。
6、全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
