作为标准、控制和对接多技能团队的一员，参与标准控制过程，对合资公司新生产设备一系列标准和控制起重要作用。

岗位职责：
1. 协助团队建立和更新CJLR标准库，完善标准文档，开发必要的AB DCP和西门子SICAR接口程序块；
2. 设备电控EPLAN图纸审核和批准；
3. 负责区域生产准备设备开发过程中的接口界面,引导与生产紧密联系的项目开发过程中的相关机械，气动，电气设计及其安装的标准规格；
4. 电控设备标准和规格说明书编写；
5. 将控制和标准推广到新的AME的实施项目中，指导新供应商将其技术融入到合资公司的标准体系中-使其制造能符合工艺的要求；
6. 负责监管线体商调试，监督标准和控制在AME新项目中的输入，现场支持OEM供应商，查找故障并提供解决问题方案；
7. 开发新的成本高效的供应商到标准设备供应商名录里；
8. 培训OEM工程师和CJLR工程师，确保他们正确理解和运用DCP和SICAR标准；
9. 协助工厂新车型上市，在制造工厂的生产设备的规划、采购、安装和*终的安装调试；
10. 参加项目管理会议并按要求反馈需升级的问题；

任职资格：
1. 拥有PLC自动化在车身厂方面调试的经验；
2. 具有装配设备方面的经验包括电气和机器人，并介入过设备安装项目的调试，尤其是试运行阶段；
3. 项目管理能力；
4. 熟练使用设计软件EPLAN，PLC和人机界面设计软件STEP 7、WINCC Flexible、RSLogix 5000、Factory Talk View等。
