Its main shareholders include natural person shareholders as well as strategic and financial investors such as Pearl River Group, Sinopec, Jiantou Investment, and China-Russia Investment Fund. Beijing Boqi Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Boqi"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boqi Environmental Protection, serves as its principal operating entity in China. Established in June 2002 with a registered capital of RMB 550 million, the company had total assets of RMB 5.408 billion as of the end of 2024 and currently employs over 2,400 staff. It is a green ecological governance enterprise providing environmental governance and dual-carbon new energy plus comprehensive services to industrial enterprises and cities.
