一、岗位职责

完善和维护微服务架构（如Spring Cloud、Dubbo），设计分布式解决方案（如Redis集群、Kafka、RabbitMQ消息队列）。
2. 技术攻关与问题解决
解决高并发、大数据量场景下的技术难题（如分布式锁、数据库分库分表），主导性能调优（JVM、SQL、缓存等）。
排查线上故障，快速解决用户和相关部门提出的问题，保障系统稳定性。
3. 技术支持
为第三方平台提供API技术沟通、接口改造等支持
推动新技术预研（如AI与大模型应用开发），优化研发流程（如CI/CD自动化部署）。
4. 跨部门协作
与运营、销售同事协作，明确技术边界并推动需求落地，参与项目全生命周期管理。
二、任职要求
1. 基础能力
- 学历与经验：计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，3年以上高复杂度系统设计经验。
- 具备独立开发和维护信息系统的能力
- 技术栈：
- 精通Java EE技术栈（Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis、JPA）及设计模式。
- 熟练使用MySQL、redis、ES等数据库，具备SQL优化和分库分表经验。
- 熟悉Linux系统操作及Shell脚本。
- 了解VUE2/3后台的开发，具备基础能力
2. 进阶技能
- 分布式技术：熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ、Nacos、Nginx等中间件
- 性能优化：具备JVM调优、线程池配置、缓存策略设计能力。
- 新兴技术：了解容器化（Docker/K8s）、大数据处理（如Hadoop/Spark）或AI集成开发优先。
3. 软技能
- 良好的逻辑分析、沟通能力和抗压能力，适应适度加班。
- 有能源、电商、物联网等行业经验或团队管理经验者优先。
