岗位职责
1. 合同法律合规审核
（1）负责公司各类合同的合法性、合规性审核，重点聚焦防范法律风险维护公司权益；
（2）结合业务场景提出条款优化建议，平衡法律合规要求与业务灵活性；
（3）参与合同模板标准化建设，完善常用合同范本库，提升审核效率。
2. 业务与项目法律合规审查
（1）对公司业务决策、创新项目等生产经营事项进行法律合规性评估，出具专项法律意见；
（2）参与IPO、并购重组、融资等资本运作项目的法律合规审核，防范法律风险。
3. 制度法律合规审核
审核公司管理制度的合法性、合规性，确保符合公司对制度管理的要求以及法律法规及监管规则。
4. 法律合规风险管理
（1）参与企业合规体系建设，制定合规手册、操作指引等规范性文件。
（2）定期梳理业务环节的高频法律合规风险，发布风险通报；
（3）处理突发合规事件，提供法律支持，协助制定应对方案，降低负面影响。
（4）解答业务部门日常合规咨询，推动合规要求融入业务流程，形成“业务-合规”协同机制。
5. 法律合规文化建设
组织开展法律合规培训以及日常宣贯，制作普法材料，提升全员法律合规意识；
任职资格：
1. 教育背景：研究生及以上学历，法律类相关专业。
2. 资格证书：持有国家法律职业资格证书或企业法律顾问资格证书优先考虑。
3. 工作经验：3年及以上法律/合规相关工作经验。
4. 核心能力：熟悉掌握《民法典》，《公司法》，以及知识产权、招投标、网络与信息安全等公司生产经营常用法律法规；具备较强的风险识别与逻辑分析能力，能快速定位业务中的法律痛点并提出解决方案；具有较强的公文撰写能力；善于沟通协调，有责任感和团队合作精神。
5. 职业素养：细致严谨、责任心强，具备高度的风险意识与保密意识；适应快节奏工作，能在业务压力下平衡合规与效率。
