荆州市精神卫生中心（荆州市复员退伍军人精神病医院、荆州市优抚医院）建于1957年7月，位于荆州市内。是集医疗、康复、科研和教学为一体精神病专科医院。为湖北省复员退伍军人精神卫生研究所、湖北省精神防治康复指导中心、湖北省人民政府指定的精神疾病司法鉴定单位和湖北省卫生职工医学院教学医院。
荆州市精神卫生中心占地面积98599平方米，病床588张。设封闭式病房、开放式病房。现有职工358名，年治疗量3万多人次。
医疗业务包括：以复员退伍军人精神病患者为主，同时收治社会精神病人。
