2.负责开展单位内控、合规、制度体系建设。
3.组织并参与科技成果转化中对外投资、并购、资本运作等相关法律事务，负责重大项目法律评审、法律纠纷处置及合同管理，提供法律专业支持。
4.负责完成上级交办的审计项目。
5.负责违规经营投资事项的责任追究工作。
6.完成领导交办的其他工作。
【任职条件】
1.中共党员。
2.硕士学历，法律、会计、审计相关专业；持有法律职业资格证或律师执业证；同时具有法律、审计或会计等专业副高级及以上职称者优先。
3.具有10年以上法律、合规、财会、审计相关管理经验，具备处理法律纠纷案件的组织能力；具有3年以上企业高级管理人员岗位或律师事务所合伙人任职经历，或5年以上企业法律事务机构或律师事务所中层管理岗位任职经历。
4.熟悉科技成果转化相关的宏观政策与产业发展趋势，能在重大项目评价与投资、科技金融、资本运作、产业基金发起管理等事项中发挥专业支撑作用。
5.年龄40周岁以内，条件优秀者可放宽至45周岁。
6.具有较强的综合分析能力、独立思考能力和扎实的文字功底，工作态度积极主动。
7.具备良好的领导能力、沟通能力和团队管理能力，善于激励团队工作，有团队负责人工作经历。
8.具备良好的心理素质和正常履职的身体条件。
9.认同航天文化，具有良好的职业道德和职业操守，有工作热情，有敬业精神；工作细致、严谨、敬业，严守纪律、诚信正直，敢于坚持原则。
