学院新校区坐落在素有“金陵屏障、建康锁钥”之美称的安徽省马鞍山市，占地面积1000亩。学院现设有机械工程系、电气信息系、计算机系、建筑工程系、经济管理系、外语艺术系等6个系，设有机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型及控制工程、金属材料工程、工业工程、视觉传达设计、环境设计、产品设计、物联网工程、轨道交通信号与控制、自动化、测控技术与仪器、电气工程及其自动化、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、给排水科学与工程、土木工程、环境工程、建筑环境与能源应用工程、国际经济与贸易、金融学、市场营销、工商管理、财务管理、英语等24个本科专业，学科涵盖工、经、管、文、艺等门类。现有全日制在校学生近7000人。
