Tianjin Zhonghuan Communication Technology Co., Ltd. was established at the end of 2012, located at No. 22 Xinghua Road, Xiqing Economic Development Zone, Tianjin. With a registered capital of 8 million yuan and a total investment of 350 million yuan, it is a wholly-owned enterprise invested by Tianjin Zhonghuan Precision Mold Injection Co., Ltd., under Zhonghuan Electronics Information Group. The company now covers an area of 45,000 square meters, with the first-phase plant building area of 15,000 square meters, and currently employs about 2,500 staff.
The company mainly engages in technology development, manufacturing, processing, maintenance, wholesale and retail of communication equipment, electronic components, electronic products, precision molds, and electronic injection molded products, as well as related technical services; import and export of goods and technologies.

As part of the strategic cooperation framework between the group and Samsung Headquarters in South Korea, the company currently primarily performs contract manufacturing of Samsung mobile phone semi-finished and finished products for Tianjin Samsung Communication Company. In terms of production facilities, it has established an advanced automated Surface Mount Technology (SMD) production line. SMD industry is also an important foundational industry, which is significant for promoting the structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of the domestic electronic information industry. Since Zhonghuan Communication started production, the output and scale of its SMD production lines have ranked first in Tianjin. Meanwhile, as supporting facilities, the company has set up employee apartments, canteen, and supermarket in Aosen Apartment opposite the plant.
