黄冈市精神卫生中心（又名黄冈市精神病医院，黄冈市优抚医院），是一所以精神专业为主的本地*的地市级精神专科医院，主要任务是承担全市740万人口中精神疾病防治，和优抚对象疗养，医院所在辖区的综合性医疗工作，医院属于全民所有制，财政预算内拨款单位，是省政府指定的精神病司法鉴定医院。医院编制病床300张，二级专科医院，目前职工200余人。现因业务发展的需要，面向全社会招聘医护人员。
