龙潭社区卫生服务中心位于北京市东城区光明中街25号，是北京市医保主管部门批准的医疗保险定点机构。

中心建筑面积2288平方米，各种服务设施齐全、服务布局合理，处处体现“以人为本”的服务理念。承担着龙潭街道辖区15个居委会、50000余居民医疗、预防保健、健康教育、康复、计划生育指导六位一体的社区卫生服务。

中心内部机构设有三部、十科、三站，提供晚20点急诊服务。中心与本市一些三甲医院建立了良好的医疗协作和科研协作关系，建立了健全的定点协作关系及双向转诊关系。中心下设的左安门社区卫生服务站、幸福家园社区卫生服务站、龙潭北里社区卫生服务站分布在中心的周围。
