Beijing Yahong Century Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yahong Century) is a high-tech company specializing in internet space data governance, network and information security, and data value-added solutions and services. Yahong Century is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ren Zixing Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300311). Currently, Yahong Century's business covers more than 31 provinces and cities across the country, with four R&D centers, 34 offices, and over 500 employees. R&D centers are located in Beijing, Shenzhen, and Wuhan, with technical staff accounting for over 65% of the total workforce, and 80% of employees holding bachelor's degrees or above. The business covers more than 30 provinces and cities nationwide.
Yahong Century is positioned in big data governance of cyberspace resources, assisting governments and operators in managing network and communication digital resources, and building a new cyberspace security system based on big data governance methods and network information security technology. Yahong Century actively participates in building a comprehensive national cyberspace data governance, security situational awareness, and defense system, and has assisted in the construction of a series of "national-provincial-enterprise" three-level management technology systems by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, such as IDC/ISP information security management and industrial internet security management. At the national-level platform, the company has undertaken projects including the "National Industrial Internet Security Situational Awareness and Risk Warning Platform," the "National Unified Resource Collaboration Management System," the "National Domain Name Information Security Management System," and the "Basic Resource Big Data System." At the provincial level, the company has built comprehensive internet information security management platforms for the communications administrations of 25 provinces, industrial internet security monitoring and situational awareness platforms for 15 provinces, and provincial-level platforms such as the "Regulator Brain" big data governance system in multiple provinces. In terms of enterprise applications, the company has undertaken security management systems for 19 provinces of China Mobile, 17 provinces of China Unicom, 10 provinces of China Telecom, 11 provinces of China Tietong, and over 1000 IDC/ISP enterprises.
