Weiguang Huitong

Weiguang Huitong Tourism is a cultural tourism industry investment platform strategically invested by China Development Bank Financial (CDB Financial). Adhering to the brand philosophy of 'Make Cities More Chinese', after more than 20 years of practice in the development, construction, operation, and management of cultural tourism ancient towns, Weiguang Huitong has accumulated rich experience in the development, construction, and operation of cultural tourism ancient towns, forming a full industry chain service system from planning and design, investment and development to continuous operation and management of cultural tourism towns. It has created multiple national AAAA-level scenic spots such as Yiren Ancient Town, Luanzhou Ancient City, and Tianzhou Ancient City, bringing good economic and social benefits to local urban development and winning recognition and attention from party committees and government leaders at all levels. In 2018, the total number of tourists visiting towns under operation under Weiguang Huitong exceeded 41 million; as of the end of 2018, Weiguang Huitong Tourism had developed and operated 12 cultural tourism ancient towns in the long term, and was developing or preparing more than 30 cultural tourism industry towns in the early stages, spanning 16 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government; nearly 4,000 upstream and downstream merchants and enterprises developed together.
