徐州生物工程职业技术学院于 2012 年经江苏省人民政府批准成立，前身为 1956 年的徐州农业学校，由多校合并而来。学校以生物科技为特色，设有 7 个二级学院，开设多个专科专业，覆盖多个领域，包含*骨干专业与省级品牌专业。师资队伍中高级职称与 “双师型” 教师占比可观，建有多个科研平台。学校与众多单位合作，共建产业学院与研究院，开展技术培训。学生在全国职业院校技能大赛中获奖，毕业生就业率高。作为江苏省*农业生物类高职院校，被誉为 “淮海经济区生物产业人才摇篮” 。
