岗位职责：
1、财务总监监督财务部日常业务。掌握财务状况，监督人员操作，员工培训及人事管理
2、负责制定酒店的财务规划和年度预算，包括销售收入目标、成本控制、资金流动管理等，并确保预算的执行和控制
3、督促酒店建立健全财务管理制度，完善财务监督机制，检查酒店执行国家财务法律、法规、制度和遵守财务纪律的情况，监督财务活动的合法性;
4、全面管理酒店会计记录和财务报告以确认符合公司,法规和财政要求及时间要求
5、确定财务部及其他相关部门的操作符合酒店程序。对于有误或低效率的程序向提出建议。
6、确认资产负债表真实反映酒店的资产和负债、资产负债表必须定期审查及进行所有账户的调节
7、妥善保管所有的合同和协议，并确保符合必要的会计程序,保存所有的保险政策的记录，并随时更新。
8、与内部和外部审计联络合作、确保有效的酒店审计程序已到位,并在必要时及时纠正、特别强调确保所有的营业收入被记录、使用月度控制检查单，必要时进行阶段性自我审计
9、与武汉财务共享中心各相关部门紧密地沟通并解决遇到的问题，并完成财务副总裁委派的其它任务
岗位要求：
1、5年以上同岗位五星级国际酒店或连锁财务管理公司工作经验，
2、熟悉财务、会计、税务、法律知识，
3、基本的计算机应用知识;
4、熟练使用会计电算化和各种财务软件，具有一定的对外关系协调和统筹管理能力;
5、有较强的领导能力和良好的人际交往能力;
6、具有良好的组织策划、战略思维、构思能力。
