Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (referred to as MPS) is an analog and mixed-signal semiconductor company with proprietary innovative process technology, focusing on the design and definition of high-performance power management solutions. Currently, it has independently developed over 4,000 power management products, widely used in industrial, communication infrastructure, cloud computing, automotive, and consumer electronics fields. MPS CD is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and built by MPS in the Chengdu High-Tech West Zone Export Processing Zone. Established in August 2004, it is mainly engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and technical support of analog integrated circuits.
• Application R&D Center: Hangzhou Maoli Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.
MPS HZ is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established by MPS in Hangzhou in March 2006, mainly dedicated to the design, development, and technical services of power system semiconductors and integrated circuits.
• Marketing and Sales: Monolithic Power Systems Information Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its Shenzhen Branch
MPS SH/SZ were established successively between 2003 and 2004, serving as MPS's sales centers in China, responsible for sales and customer support in the northern and southern regions of China respectively.
