成都先进功率半导体股份有限公司（以下简称APS），是乐山无线电股份有限公司（LRC）控股之子公司。 乐山无线电股份有限公司位于四川省乐山市。创建于1970年, 是从事半导体器件制造的大型电子企业集团，由多家合资企业以及全资子公司组成。LRC是省、市重点企业和四川省主要出口创汇企业、国家二级企业、四川省优秀企业、四川省高新技术企业、四川省科技先导型企业，连续多年被评为中国电子信息100强企业。 LRC于2009年底在成都成立全资子公司——成都先进功率半导体股份有限公司。APS占地166亩（27英亩），位于成都市高新西区，坐落于成都高新综合保税区B区内。公司项目总投资已超过10亿元人民币，拥有目前业界先进之分立器件封测设备及工艺，并于2010年12月正式量产。 APS是一家专业从事半导体分立器件研发、生产的高科技电子企业，自主研发并成功量产多种封装，如SOT23、SC70/88、SOD882、SOT883、DFN0603、SMA-FL等。公司现主要产品有：各类二极管、三极管、桥式整流器、Mosfet等。并广泛应用于消费电子、物联网、电脑/宽带设备、工业自动化、家用电器系统以及汽车电子系统等诸多系统和领域，近几年公司产品在市场上供不应求，获客户一致好评。 Founded in 1970, LRC is a professional electronic group majoring in the manufacturing of semiconductproducts. Chengdu Advanced Power SemiconductCo., Ltd. (i.e., APS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leshan Radio Co., Ltd. The company was founded in October 2009, with a total larea of 166 Chinese acres(27 British acres), an initial capital investment of 600 million RMB. It owns the most advanced SMD discrete assembly/test equipment processes, started volume production in December 2010. APS obtained the ISO9001、ISO14001、QC080000、OHSAS18000、TS16949 System Certification successively. Our main customers includes: Samsung, Huawei, Foxconn, Jabil, OSRAM etc. famous enterprises the products are well-sold in domestic abroad.
