工作职责
1. 负责激光设备运动控制系统的嵌入式软件研发，基于Python/Flask框架搭建后端服务，支撑设备参数配置与状态监控功能。
2. 运用C++/Python进行Qt界面开发（Widgets/QML），实现设备操作交互逻辑，优化信号槽机制与多线程任务调度。
3. 主导Linux环境下的软件编译与部署，通过gcc/g++、CMake等工具链解决依赖冲突，保障系统稳定运行。
4. 对接直流无刷/伺服/步进电机驱动器，基于CANopen/EtherCAT/Modbus协议开发通讯模块，参与运动控制卡集成项目。
5. 完成国产操作系统（麒麟/UOS）的软件移植与适配，搭建进程守护机制，优化崩溃日志收集与调试流程。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化或电子相关专业，基础扎实。
2. 精通Python编程与Flask框架，具备Qt（C++/Python）开发经验，深刻理解信号槽、多线程及网络编程原理。
3. 熟练掌握Linux环境开发，熟悉gcc/g++、Makefile、CMake编译流程，能独立解决依赖库冲突及运行时异常。
4. 掌握电机控制原理，具备CANopen/EtherCAT/Modbus协议开发经验，有运动控制卡对接项目经历优先。
5. 有麒麟/UOS系统软件移植、适配或性能优化经验，熟悉系统级调试工具链。
