编写开发文档、技术规范，保障代码质量与项目进度。
任职要求
核心能力
.Java开发基础
3年以上Java开发经验，精通Spring Boot、MyBatis等框架，熟悉分布式架构（Dubbo/Spring Cloud）。
掌握MySQL/PostgreSQL数据库设计与优化，具备Redis/MQ等中间件实战经验。
.金蝶二次开发专长
至少1年以上金蝶二次开发经验，熟悉金蝶云·苍穹架构。
熟练使用BOS设计器、表单插件开发、二开API、轻量级部署流程。
有独立完成金蝶模块定制（如供应链/财务模块优化）的成功案例。
.综合技能
熟悉前端技术（Vue/React）者优先，具备接口联调与集成能力。
良好的编码规范、逻辑思维及抗压能力，能快速定位系统瓶颈。
良好的学习和钻研能力，能快速上手业务系统开发，独立制定项目技术实现方案
