Yunnan Energy Investment Logistics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nengtou Logistics") is the implementation entity of the modern logistics main business of Yunnan Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nengtou Group"). It was established on July 5, 2012, in the same year as Nengtou Group. Over years of development, it has continuously improved in asset scale and core competitiveness. As of the end of 2022, it achieved operating revenue of 80.208 billion yuan. It has become a "Double 5A" logistics enterprise (Yunnan 5A-level comprehensive service logistics enterprise; 5A supply chain service enterprise), and has been ranked among China's top 50 logistics enterprises for seven consecutive years (43rd in 2023). It was rated as a 2022 National Supply Chain Innovation and Application Demonstration Enterprise and a 4A enterprise of Yunnan Network Freight Platform.
Nengtou Logistics actively serves and integrates into the "Belt and Road" and "Radiation Center" construction. With the operation model of "light assets + heavy operation", it focuses on the three major sectors of "supply chain", "large logistics", and "international business", empowered by the "data platform", and centered on providing high-quality services, it provides all-round value-added services to all parties in the supply chain, continuously building itself as a leading enterprise in Yunnan's modern logistics industry. It has laid out core logistics hub nodes. Since 2016, centered on Kunming, it has operated the Hekou Beishan International Logistics Park, Dali Xiangyun International Logistics Park, Zhaotong Comprehensive Logistics Park, Kunming Wangjiaying West Park, and Jinning Xingang Comprehensive Logistics Park along the three channels of the Pan-Asian Railway: East, Middle, and West. It has achieved operational results of "invest in one, operate one, profit from one" in logistics parks, and a modern logistics framework system covering the whole province is gradually taking shape. In 2022, seizing the opportunity of the opening of the China-Laos Railway, it implemented various business models such as international material trade integration, railway consolidation, and cross-border e-commerce logistics, making breakthroughs in cross-border logistics and cross-border trade. It innovated the demonstration model of industry cooperation for provincial enterprises and strengthened coordination with two major platforms: it holds shares in Jiaotou Logistics, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement through market-oriented operation with good operating results; it participated in the establishment of the Yunnan Coal Trading (Storage and Distribution) Center, performing the three major functions of "strategic reserve, coal supply guarantee, and coal price stabilization", and has been continuously profitable to date. Digital empowerment improves operations, integrates factors of the entire industrial chain, and gradually builds an industrial Internet ecosystem. It has now built multiple digital platforms such as network freight, bulk commodity trade e-commerce, warehousing operations, smart logistics park management, and data ecosystem display screens, and is continuously planning and constructing.
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Nengtou Logistics will conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deeply implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Yunnan, fully and accurately implement the new development concept, follow the province's deployment to build a coordinated development pattern of large channels, large logistics, large trade, and large industries, based on Yunnan's positioning as a radiation center facing South and Southeast Asia and its geographical advantages of connecting internally and externally, firmly grasp the important opportunities of the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and the development along the China-Laos Railway, adhere to serving the real economy, and do solid and detailed supply chain business around key industrial chain enterprises in the province.
