岗位职责：
1、负责辖区内产品的销售工作，收集竞品动向、客户需求、产品临床应用等信息，为公司的发展提供建设性建议；协助上级执行公司市场推广计划，进行品牌推广，维护并建立样板医院，维护专家关系；
2、业绩达成：承担制定区域市场的销售任务指标，分解和执行年、季、月销售计划、市场开发与推广计划，对本区的各项销售指标的完成过程进行指导、监控、调整，对销售指标全面完成负责；
3、渠道建设：开拓、管理及维护销售渠道，确保责任区域渠道网络建设的数量和质量，对所辖区域内各级代理经销商进行支持，牵引完成销售目标；
4、客户管理：严格贯彻和执行公司下达的营销管理制度，确保责任区域市场环境的有序管理，且对已有客户定期进行回访；
5、完成公司交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，5年以上IVD设备销售经验，3年以上临检产品销售管理经验者优先；
2、熟知医疗设备销售模式和渠道管理，具备市场开拓能力及商务谈判技能，勇于创新和挑战，公关能力强,有良好的沟通能力，具备很强的团队合作精神，能适应出差；
3、有临检产品销售经验，具有大医院资源和渠道资源者优先。
