Chongqing Fanggen Energy Group, formerly known as Chongqing Liaoyuan Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd., was established in 2001, with legal representative Xue Fangcai. The Group is mainly engaged in the construction and operation of urban natural gas projects, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) projects, and CNG vehicle refueling stations, while also dedicating itself to real estate development. It is a cross-regional private enterprise engaged in the development and utilization of clean energy and real estate development.
　　Since its establishment, the Group has always adhered to the corporate purpose of "serving society and benefiting the people," seeking truth and being pragmatic, daring to explore, and continuously growing and expanding. The Group has 7 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 8 joint-stock companies. The Group currently has 286 employees, of whom 60% hold a bachelor's degree or above, and 36 are professional and technical personnel (including 11 with senior professional and technical titles).
　　Chairman Mr. Xue Fangcai has solely established or participated in the construction of thirteen urban natural gas companies, one liquefied gas (LPG) filling station, three CNG vehicle refueling stations, and one real estate development company. The development of Fanggen cannot be separated from the strong support of the government and all sectors of society. After growing and expanding, the enterprise remembers its roots and repays society in different ways. To date, the Group has donated approximately 4 million yuan in total for student aid, poverty relief, disaster relief, and other areas.
